Shipping policy

Order Processing 

Most orders are processed within 24 business hours of being received. Orders received before 5pm ET are typically processed and shipped the same business day, while orders received after 5PM ET are processed the following business day. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. 

Standard Delivery 

We offer free standard delivery on orders over $399 (exclusions apply to oversized items) to anywhere in the United States; including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. An oversized item is any item that weighs above 35lbs. Oversized shipping will then be charged at checkout.  Shipping is provided by UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First-Class Mail and varies by location. Regardless of shipping provider, we will always provide tracking information for all orders. While most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days after order processing, actual shipping times will vary by location.  Please allow extra delivery time for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Exclusions may apply to APO/FPO addresses and US territories outside of Puerto Rico.

International Shipping 

We currently do not ship internationally.
